How quickly do you set up my domain?
We set up the domain the moment your payment is confirmed. After that, you can log in to your web hosting account and start using the domain.
Can I purchase web hosting without transferring my domain immediately?
Yes, you can. However, you need to have a domain that we can use to create your account. You don't need to transfer your website, emails, etc., to get started. Learn more here.
What happens after I purchase my domain?
Depending on your domain, you will in some cases get a verification mail, here you need to complete the registration of the domain. If you dont get this, your domain will be active witin a few hours. Regarding your web hosting, you will also receive several emails with information to help you get started immediately.
Where do I find the EPP/AUTH code for my domain?
Some domains require an EPP/AUTH code to be transferred to us. You can obtain this code from your current domain provider. They typically provide the code through their control panel. If not, contact their support and request it.
Domains on Web Hosting
My domain is paid for several years in advance. Will it need to be renewed during the transfer?
No, the paid period for your domain remains unchanged during the transfer. It should be renewed as usual.
Can I purchase/transfer multiple domains?
Yes, you can. Just start by purchasing/transferring one domain to us. After that, you can easily buy/transfer more through our control panel.
Is it true that I can have unlimited domains/websites on the same web hosting?

Can I control DNS on my domain with Polar55?
Yes, you have full control over all DNS records on your domains with us. Our DNS service is free and included in the price.
Can I work on my domain with Polar55 before I change DNS?
Yes, you can set up a website on your domain with us. When it's ready and working, you can change the DNS. You can work on your site with us using your temporary URL or by modifying your host file locally on your computer. Can I use a free DNS service for my domain?
