Web Hosting
If you wish to cancel your web hosting, you can do so from your control panel. Cancellations cannot be processed by contacting support.
1: Log in to your account.
2: Click on "Services"
3: Click the "Cancel" button next to the product you want to terminate.
4:Press the "Request Cancellation" button.
5: Complete your cancellation and provide a short comment explaining the reason for cancellation. This feedback helps us improve our services.
Domain
Please note:
You are canceling only your web hosting. Your domain is not included in this cancellation.
Domains, as such, do not need to be canceled; you simply let them expire.
Therefore, make sure to turn off auto-renewal for your domain to prevent us from charging you and renewing your domain at the next renewal date. Here's how:
1: Log in to your account.
2: Click on "Domains."
3. Click the tool icon next to your domain name. If it's set to anything other than active, you don't need to take further action in our control panel. Your domain is managed through another provider, and you should cancel the domain with them.
4. Click on "Auto Renewal" in the menu.
5: Deactivate auto-renewal.
You will no longer receive invoices for the domain. It will automatically expire.
