If you already have an account with us, you can of course move or add more domains to it.
Transferring a domain to an existing account:
If you want to pay for and manage another domain with us, you must first request a transfer:
- Log in.
- Go to the homepage and search for the domain.
- Order the transfer with or without web hosting (select "without" if you want to use the domain on your existing web hosting).
- Wait for the domain transfer to be completed and for the domain to be active (this happens automatically – for international domains, it may take up to 24 hours).
- Then, add the domain to your existing web hosting. (If you choose to purchase separate web hosting for the domain, you do not need to complete this step).
- Change the name server for the domain so it starts working on our servers.
If you have a domain that you do not want to pay for through us and wish to continue managing and paying for it where it is currently hosted, simply skip steps 1-4.
Adding and registering a domain to an existing account:
If you want to purchase an additional domain for your account with us, follow these steps:
- Log in.
- Go to the homepage and search for the domain.
- Order the domain registration with or without web hosting (select "without" if you want to use the domain on your existing web hosting).
- Confirm the domain registration (not required for all domain types, but for most) – you will receive an email about this.
- Then, add the domain to your existing web hosting. (If you choose to purchase separate web hosting for the domain, you do not need to complete this step).
