I cannot receive emails

Can you send emails but not receive emails? If so, there are typically two possible reasons.

1: The nameserver does not point to Polar55.

If your nameserver does not point to Polar55, emails will not be delivered to our server by default. In that case, you need to set up your DNS to forward emails to us where your nameserver points to

2: You have changed your A record in DNS.

If you change your A record in our DNS, emails will be delivered to the same server where your website is hosted. This could be platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or similar services. In that case, follow this guide.

Make sure to follow all the steps precisely, as it won't work otherwise. The guide is created for Wix, but it is applicable in all cases where your A record points to an IP other than ours.
