Your information is updated automatically

When transferring your domain, your information with our registrar will be updated based on the details you have provided to us. This may trigger a "domain verification" email from our registrar. You will be asked to click on a link from ispapi.net. If you do not click this link, your domain will be suspended (Domain Suspension - Registrant Information Verification Failure). By clicking the link, you will not need to fill in anything or make any decisions. It is simply a confirmation that your information is correct. The email you receive is very simple in its design and may be mistaken for spam, but if the link goes to ispapi.net, it is legitimate.

If your information cannot be updated

When you transfer a foreign domain to polar55, your information may not always be automatically transferred to our provider, as it is protected by GDPR. This will appear as follows in your control panel:

If you see this message, you should follow these steps for each domain listed.

1: Click on "mit-domaene.com" in the red box.

You will now be taken to your contact information. Check that your contact details appear correct. If they do not and resemble something like the image below, proceed to step 2.

2: As you can see, the fields are filled with "REDACTED FOR PRIVACY." It may also say something else, but it is clear that it is not your information. In this case, click "Use existing contact" in all four sections. Click "Save changes" at the bottom of the page once this is done.

3: Check if your information is now correctly filled in.

See if you have received an email from ISPAPI. Click the verification link in the email to complete your verification. If you have not received the email, continue with the rest of the guide.

4: Go to the overview of your domains at https://polar55.com/client/clientarea.php?action=domains

5: Click on the tool icon next to the respective domain

6: Click the "Resend Verification Email" button if it is visible. It will look like this:

7: Check your email and click the link in the email from ISPAPI

Your information is now confirmed, and you will avoid domain suspension.
